What is Engrade?

Parents and students,

Some of you who are unfamiliar may be wondering what Engrade is.

If you go to www.engrade.com, you will be able to track your child’s assignments.  Just follow these simple steps below:

  • Go to www.engrade.com
  • Click on signup
  • Then click on student’s parent
  • Enter in the engrade access code (Access Codes will be in the format teacher-xxxxxx-yyyy.)  The teacher must give you the access code.  If student has multiple classes that use engrade, their access code will be different with each class.
  • Then create a username and password
With engrade you will be able to email me with any questions, have 24 hour access to your child’s grades including averages for assignments and you be able to see what they are missing at all times.  Assignments will be organized, dated and regularly updated for you to easily see how your child is doing in my class.  Grades are USUALLY updated every Monday of the week.  However, projects/research papers can be time consuming to grade.  Engrade is very user-friendly and many of the teachers at Carnahan use this website as their grading tool.  If your child has another teacher that uses engrade and you are already signed up for the website with another class, all you have to do is click ADD CLASS and then add on the new access code for that teacher's class.
